I have never literally heard every word ever before and I have been to many, many teachings. Not only were the acoustics excellent  but the cameras brought Thubten Jinpa forward so I could see his mouth...and, in addition, the transcription was invaluable. Even though some words were difficult for the transcriber, it made hearing so easy. Sometimes I miss the words because of speed and the transcription was a bit slower which was great. Also, I often miss the last word or two in a sentence...so that was taken care of too. I feel such a debt of gratitude to you.
